The hotel is in a very convenient location in the heart of Silicon Valley, making it easy to access even at night. The rooms are relatively clean and not too worn out, but amenities like utensils in the 'kitchen' were lacking. The breakfast options were minimal, especially for cold meals. The heaters could use improvement in terms of efficiency and warmth.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean and not too worn out, but some amenities were missing like utensils in the 'kitchen' area. The heaters could be more effective and warmer.
Service
5.0
The service was lacking in attention to cleanliness, and the staff might not be the most accommodating, especially with children. The cleaning personnel seemed impersonal and indifferent.
Location
8.0
The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Silicon Valley, which makes it a great base for visiting students at Stanford University. It's also near good restaurants and shopping areas, enhancing the overall experience.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience could have more variety and quality. Despite being served in a pleasant little rose garden setting, the food quality, particularly items like 'fake' eggs and sugary cereals, was disappointing.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities could use some enhancements, particularly in the dining area to improve the variety and quality of the food. The lack of attention to cleanliness affects the overall appeal of the facilities.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had charming wooden floors, which added a cozy touch to the ambiance. The cleanliness was impressive, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. On the service side, the staff was not only accommodating but also very polite and helpful, making my stay extra pleasant. The location was perfect for me as it was near Stanford, where my wife had an appointment, and there were plenty of good restaurants and shopping options nearby. The only downside was that the jacuzzi remained untouched due to lack of time, but it's definitely on my list for the next stay. In terms of dining, the breakfast spread was decent and quite generous, offering a variety of delicious items. Overall, a great value for money considering the excellent facilities available.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was excellent and comfortable, equipped with a jacuzzi tub and kitchenette, although I wish it was closer to the town. The service, while efficient, was far from friendly or welcoming. The location worked well for us, being quieter than expected and close to key areas. The dining was better than most hotels but fell short on some items. Overall, a good value for money stay.
